Postage & handling costs
All orders are weighed and priced according to the standard first class rate within Australia.
Delivery time
We aim to ship your order within 3 - 7 working days - except where an ordered item is out of stock, your order may be delayed for several days until we have all items to send at once (in which case, we will advise you of any delay). Should you require urgent delivery for a certain date, or have special delivery requirements, please contact us at info@mukha.com.au or phone us so that we can avoid any
disappointment. While we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date, we will always try to help.
Delivery service
Should an order delivery be incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@mukha.com.au Should an order be lost in transit, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
